Scorpion-A Pub City

It is a rooftop restaurant, hukka lounge and pub in Jaipur. It has a inside lounge with a disc-dance floor and outside two sittings, one on the roof and other on the upper deck. It is quite high and with a beautiful view of the city.  That day we couldn’t decide where to sit. We changed our seats at least 3-4 times. Well the staff was accommodating and we actually enjoyed all three sitting arrangements. Inside lounge was dark with blue lights. Ambiance was nice but I felt the sofas were little uncomfortable.

The best one was on the upper deck and those long single sofas are really really nice and cozy. About the location I would say, as you will reach there you will find a lot of coaching students which might let you down but don’t worry about that, it is great at the restaurant itself. Parking is available. Location just opposite four points sheraton so easy to locate.

Food:

The quantity of food was very good. Taste wise it was above average. Our order was

• Cafe frappe
• Virgin Mojito
• Orange Mojito
• Iced tea
• Honey chilli potato
• White Sauce pasta
• Chilli paneer
• Hot coffee
• One dish was chefs special (cant remember the name)

Average taste, nothing great

Honey chilli potato

Very nice, crisp and perfectly balanced

Do not remember the name but was chefs special and looked like chicken

Very crisp, filled with paneer, taste was good but too oily, made to look like chicken

White sauce pasta

Taste was good but sauce was too thick. Some improvements can make it really top most dish to order.

Filter coffee, really bad, got changed, but still not satisfied, do not order

Cost wise

Very nice ambiance, good food, worth the price. Experience was really good. Now they also serve beer and wine, will visit again.
