Hitbhuk Mitbhuk is another rooftop restaurant on Tonk Road amidst so many many other such as cocoa house, replay, courtyard etc. The one thing that sets it apart is the food they offer. I mean they offer the best fusion food menu in jaipur.
Location:
Situated on main tonk road opposite the arjun statue, very easy to locate, parking available.
Ambiance :
Rooftop restaurant, with both inside and outside sitting and also on upper deck. The highest sitting is pretty good, and very comfortable too. Overall it is not outstanding but not bad either.
Staff and Service :
I would say both are pretty decent. Staff know their menu which is something i appreciate.
Menu :
Pretty interesting, various fusion dishes, nice variety, fully vegetarian (good for me). We were three people and variety was so much i didn’t knew what to order and what not. It all looked mouth watering.
Food :
Presentation was pretty good, quantity was huge and dishes were flavorful. We were three and seriously it became difficult to finish everything despite being very tasty. The dishes we had were
Chimichanga
It was a mexican dish, in which burritos were served with mexican tomato rice and salsa. Rolls were juicy and tasty but not crisp. IT should have been crispy. Rice was perfect blend of spices, loved it. Salsa was also good.
Chilli Paneer Dry
This dish was too spicy for my taste, but my friends loved it.
Corn Fritters
These were small sweet corn pakoras with mayonnaise sauce. These really yummy. subtle taste, just perfect for me.
Monster brownie shake
This was the star of the show. Brownie- oreo shake, with lots of brownie, oreo, whipped cream, choclate sprinklers, cherry, chocolate sauce and wafer sticks. Very heavy, very delicious, very creamy. Enough for two people. Trust me, difficult for one person to finish it. I didn’t like cream because it was mint flavored, my friend was too happy to know that as she ate all of it.
Cafe frappe
It was good, nice coffee.
Final verdict:
According to quantity and quality, it was really good, worth the price.
Must try monster brownie shake and corn fritters.
Worth the visit, will visit again to try Hitbhuk Mitbhuk signature dishes. Must visit for sure.
